Network intercept is a complimentary solution to a variety of technology offerings and can be integrated in to form a more complete solution. Network Intercept offers several partnership options for both technology vendors and software resellers; these options are detailed below.

Partnership options:

Technology:

Overview:

Network Intercept encourages integrations with complimentary product offerings. Solution architects will work with technology partners to determine the best course of action for integration and any development that may be required. Marketing will work with the technology partner to develop joint sales and marketing campaigns for the integrated products. Both sales teams will be responsible for selling the joint solution and mandatory product solution training will be required of both sales teams once per quarter.

Enhancements:

Technology partners will work directly with product management teams ensure all product enhancement requests are logged and prioritized appropriately. Product development will make changes to a branched version of the core product for the partner, if required, but these changes will be limited in nature and availability. All enhancements developed by the NI development team will become property of Network Intercept and may be incorporated into the product at a later date.

Support:

Network Intercept will support any code created by its development team but is not responsible for changes or additions made by the licensee or a third party. All support issues should be fielded through the business development team. The business development team will work with Network Intercept support to make sure all support issues are filed and prioritized appropriately.

VARS

Value added resellers will work with Network Intercept to incorporate the NI family of products into the VAR’s portfolio. Sales commission will be determined on a tiered basis factoring in actual sales vs. projected sales.

Support:

Network Intercept support will work directly with the VARS team members to solve any issues that may arise. NI Support will, under no circumstance, support the VAR’S customer directly.

VARS will work with the business development and product management teams ensure all product enhancement requests are logged and prioritized appropriately. Product development will make changes to a branched version of the core product for the licensee, but these changes will be limited in nature and availability. All enhancements developed by the NI development team will become property of Network Intercept and may be incorporated into the product at a later date.  

OEM

Overview:

Network Intercept will only allow its products to be distributed as repackaged/re-branded components through the OEM Partner program. Vendors wishing to repackage/re-brand any component from the Network Intercept family of products must sign a Network Intercept OEM contract. All OEM agreements will include an up front licensing fee as well as a nominal royalty fee for each sale. Unless otherwise stated, OEM agreements are non-exclusive.
